Elika Lopez joined Knight Foundation in November 1999 as a part-time finance assistant and now works as a senior compensation and benefit specialist.  Lopez previously worked for Chase Federal Bank and Business Computer Associates.

She graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the Florida International University College of Business Administration.
